Collaboration

Spectra projects are collaborative by default. Everyone in a project can see the same canvas, assets, and settings.

Everything updates in real time. Edits, layout changes, and asset updates appear instantly for everyone, so you are always working on the latest state together. No manual syncing, no stale versions, and no “who has the newest file?” confusion.

Use collaboration to:

  • Align on structure while Iris updates the template
  • Co-edit frames and copy across the same canvas
  • Keep assets and content aligned as the project evolves

  • Share a project with teammates to align on the same templates and frames
  • Keep assets and content in one place so everyone works from the same source of truth
  • Use frame labels and descriptions to clarify intent across the team

Iris has access to the shared project context. That means when you ask her to make changes, she can reference the same assets, variables, and frames your team sees.
